Ben, we are super awkward getting our photo taken, is that a problem?

Not at all. This is the same for most of my clients.

The main part of my job is to ensure you’re relaxed and comfortable.

I generally prefer to float around in the background, candidly capturing the day as it naturally flows. When it comes to portraits, I'll give a little more direction, but my main aim is for you to be yourselves and to enjoy this part of your special day.

How do we confirm a booking with you?

To reach out please fill in the form on the contact page. Firstly we will need to discuss if your wedding date and location is available.

Once confirmed a $1500 deposit and contract will be exchanged.

Do we need to meet?

Where possible and practical, I’d love to meet in person before the wedding to discuss your plans and inspirations for the day.

Alternatively video or voice call are always an option.

How long will it take to receive our images?

I always aim to have an initial selection of images across to you within 48 hours of the wedding day. You will then receive a complete gallery approximately 4 weeks later.

The images are delivered via an online platform, where you can easily download the high resolution files or make selections for prints.

How many images will we get from our wedding?

Generally I deliver a minimum of 100 photos per hour. Over the course of an 8 hour booking you can expect to receive between 800 - 1000 images.

Do you shoot film?

Film is a beautiful medium to complement the story telling of digital photography.

I offer this as an add on service for $200 per roll of 36 images, hand scanned and delivered with the wedding gallery.

Do you work with a 2nd Photographer?

From 20 years of experience, my genuine belief is I don’t require a second photographer. I do however offer this as a package should you have a considerably large wedding and wish to try to capture most of your guests.

Do you travel interstate and overseas for weddings?

Absolutely. Depending on location it will incur additional costs including airfare, accommodation and car hire. Please make an enquiry on the contact page for a specific quote for your destination.

How much do you charge?

Wedding coverage starts from $3500 and elopements from $2300. Please fill in the form on the contact page to receive detailed package information for your wedding..

Do you offer video?

This is not included in my package however I can provide a list of experienced videographers based on your location.

Ben nails that balance between relaxed yet professional, passionate yet never bossy, very tall (we are shorties) yet somehow completely inconspicuous!!

Ben was recommended to us from a family friend photographer who was unable to do our wedding. I saw some of Bens work on Instagram and we didn’t bother looking any further and cancelled all other appointments (after already having so many) Ben made us feel super comfortable (as we don’t normally like to be photographed) he was quick to reply to all of our queries, his organisation was OUT of this world e.g he went to the venue and location prior to the day and took pictures at a similar time to the wedding time to show us previews of what they would look like. We had Ben capture our wedding day, each time we look through our wedding slideshow it still brings us to tears. Ben captured the essence of our day, a celebration of happiness and love. He was accommodating from the start and walked us through the entire process and made recommendations on selecting locations and times, however, Ben took this to the next level seeing beautiful light and settings to capture amazing photos of us.
